CCSA thanks the House Ways & Means Committee and Chair Michlewitz, along with Chair Cusack and the Telecommunications, Utilities and Energy Committee, for their hard work advancing H.4744.
This bill includes key provisions that will unlock solar and storage to help bring down energy costs in Massachusetts and cut regulatory red tape that delays local, clean energy projects—while federal tax credits remain available.
Importantly, it recognizes that clean energy is not the cause of high bills, but part of the solution to lower them. We urge full House and Senate passage to deliver affordable, reliable energy for Massachusetts families and businesses.
