Vice President of Government and Regulatory Affairs
Logan O’Grady serves as Vice President of Government and Regulatory Affairs at the Coalition for Community Solar Access (CCSA), where he leads advocacy efforts to advance community solar, distributed energy resources, and competitive clean energy markets across the country.
Before joining CCSA, Logan served as Executive Director of the Minnesota Solar Energy Industries Association (MnSEIA), where he helped develop, defend, and expand one of the nation’s most successful community solar programs while shaping Minnesota’s distributed solar and energy storage policies. During his tenure, he built broad industry coalitions, advanced landmark legislative and regulatory initiatives expected to enable nearly 2 gigawatts of new distributed solar and energy storage over the next decade, and helped position Minnesota as a national leader in clean energy policy.
Earlier in his career, Logan represented clean energy companies in government relations and land use matters at Larkin Hoffman, served as Director of Policy and Public Affairs at Clean Energy Economy Minnesota (CEEM), and worked in the Minnesota Senate. He holds a J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a master’s degree from Hult International Business School in London.
