Mike Judge

VP of Policy

Mike Judge has served as the Vice President of Policy at the Coalition for Community Solar Access (CCSA) since September 2021. In this capacity, Mike oversees CCSA’s Policy Team at the federal level and across more than 20 states. Prior to his time at CCSA, Mike spent 12 years in various roles in Massachusetts state government, including over two years as Director of Electric Power, Regional, and Federal Affairs at the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities (DPU) and four years as Director of the Renewable and Alternative Energy Division at the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources (DOER).
