Cory Felder

Mountain West Regional Director

Cory Felder serves as CCSA’s Regional Director for the Mountain West, leading efforts to advance community solar in Colorado and New Mexico. Most recently, Cory was Senior Program Manager at the U.S. DOE’s Grid Deployment Office, where he supported state efforts on grid modernization and led implementation of a $2.3 billion grid resilience grant program for states, tribes and U.S. territories. Prior to DOE, Cory led initiatives focused on regulatory innovation and performance-based ratemaking at RMI.
