Charlie manages CCSA’s legislative and regulatory efforts in Maryland, New Jersey, and Virginia. Prior to his current role, Charlie has worn many hats for CCSA, driving state campaigns on the West Coast as well as providing general regulatory and analysis support. He’s been working in community solar for eight years and in solar energy policy more broadly for over fifteen years across the public, private and non-profit sectors.
