Vice President, Existing Markets & Regulatory Affairs

Kevin has spent the last ten years crafting, managing, and evolving a suite of community solar and customer-sited renewable programs across multiple states. In his current role as CCSA’s Vice President, Existing Markets & Regulatory Affairs, he’s both working to open new markets and expand existing ones through coordinated legislative and regulatory campaigns. Prior to joining CCSA he spent almost seven years at Xcel Energy managing a portfolio of distributed energy programs, including the community solar programs in Colorado and Minnesota, giving him real world experience directly implementing different policy frameworks and changes in some of the country’s largest and longest standing markets.
