Vice President of Policy
Molly brings over a decade of legal and policy experience as a consumer advocate and state utility regulator to her role as VP of Policy. She began her energy career as a litigator with the Maryland Office of People’s Counsel before joining the Maryland Commission as a Sr. Commission Advisor. She has expertise in grid modernization, alternative forms of ratemaking, distribution system planning, retail market issues, and a wealth of experience with State regulatory processes. She also spent three years as the Chair of the NARUC Staff Subcommittee on Consumers and the Public Interest focusing on affordability amidst the COVID-19 pandemic and equity. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in 2011 and served two years as a law clerk.
